Knowing they are 35-year-old middle managers with a college education DOES NOT MATTER.
Knowing they are career professionals with expertise in XYZ and are looking for help because they are afraid of AI disruption MATTERS
You make your market fit by aligning the value you create to who you are.
Here are the steps:
Find a few of the people you started your business to serve, and ask them two simple questions three times, “What is the real problem you have?” and “What does solving it really look like for you?” Do this at least 10 times.
Take your notes and pull out the main points. Then run it through an AI and see what patterns it pulls out. I use Read AI for this,
Decide which ones you can help that align with your business.
